Hello! I'm so glad you are here. Really! My reason for getting out of bed each day is to provide a safe space for women to show up just as they are so they can grow, be messy, learn, love fiercely, get sweaty, and dream - in community. That's because I believe in the value of light and shadow in the journey to the Divine Self.
You see, my journey to wellness did not start out like a fairytale. I grew up in a very broken and unstable home. Although I love my family deeply, I entered my teens with anger, rebellion, and quite a chip on my shoulder. I dropped out of school at the age of 13. You read that right. 😊 Later, I obtained my GED and had my first of 4 children at the age of 17.
