COVID POLICY

Healing Within is committed to the safety of our community, students and staff. We have implemented several protocols to ensure your safety, comfort and ease while visiting. Our strict cleaning protocol (which follows the Health Departments recommendations) consists of:

Daily cleaning and Sanitizing of all areas and surfaces

Cleaning and Sanitizing all areas, surfaces and equipment before and after each class

Weekly Deep Cleaning

In addition to our strict cleaning and sanitation procedures:

Pre-registration is encouraged for all classes

Class capacity is limited to 10 students with adequate spacing between each mat to ensure proper social distancing

If you are fully vaccinated, it is your option to practice mask-free

Hand sanitizer is available throughout the studio for your use

BEFORE YOU VISIT

We use our website for all scheduling and payments. To attend a class, a signed waiver must be received. Contact information is required in case of an emergency or to inform you of a class cancelation.

PRE-REGISTRATION MAY BE REQUIRED

Aerial & Children’s Classes: With limited spots available in our Aerial & Children’s classes, you must pre-register to reserve your spot online.

ARRIVE 10-15 MINUTES EARLY

Mat Yoga: Walk-ins are always welcomed and there’s plenty of room! If it’s your first time to the studio and you have not pre-registered, you must arrive 10-15 minutes early so as not to disrupt fellow students in attendance.

STUDIO CLASS CANCELATIONS

Class registration closes 30 minutes before classes begin. This does not necessarily mean the class is full. Please call the studio (315) 750-0392 or drop in.

If you do not sign up online or are late arriving, we cannot guarantee your spot in class. Walk-ins will be accepted on a first come, first served basis, but it is advised to always pre-register to secure your spot. It is always advised to arrive to all classes 10-15 minutes early to create a relaxing space for yourself before your practice. The studio doors will lock at the class start time so as not to disrupt students in attendance.

Please note that we may cancel any class due to weather, enrollment, or emergencies. This is why we ask you to pre-register and to keep your contact information up-to-date. If a class is canceled, you will receive a text message and/or email notifying you. If you are not signed up for a class, make sure you check the online schedule prior to arriving.

STUDENT CANCELATION POLICY

In order to be fair to other clients, class reservations must be canceled at least 1 hour in advance or you will be charged for that class. “Early Cancelations” will return the class back into your account and can be used at a later time. “Late Cancelations” will deduct the class from your package and it will not be eligible for use again. Workshops and Specialized Series must be cancelled within 24 hours of the start time in order to receive studio account credit unless otherwise noted.

CLASS AND MONTHLY UNLIMITED PACKAGES EXPIRE

Please keep in mind when purchasing your package(s) that they expire based on the package policies. We do not offer monetary refunds. A one-time allowance per person will be made for class package extensions.

AGE REQUIREMENT

Adult classes are suitable for ages 14+. Minors must be accompanied by an adult. Please view our list of kids classes & workshops for younger ages or contact us for more information. Please see Children’s classes for age restrictions.

MEDICAL CONDITIONS & INJURIES

Please always discuss any injuries or medical conditions with your teacher before the start of your class. If you have an injury or medical condition, or history of an injury or medical condition, it is your responsibility to speak with your physician before starting our classes. If you are unsure of whether your medical history will permit your participation, please contact us.

STUDIO AMENITIES

We provide all necessary props including blocks, straps, blankets, etc. Yoga mats are complimentary to borrow.

GIFT CERTIFICATES

Gift certificates are available in any amount and can be used for studio classes and in the shop. We accept cash, check, Venmo and Paypal.

CLASS ETIQUETTE

Please arrive 10-15 Minutes early for your class.
